This is such a fun vintage Escada novelty sweater! This fabulous black turtleneck sweater was designed by Margaretha Ley herself in the early 1980's. Margaretha Ley loved horses and this top is embellished with blue, green, copper and black sequin horse heads. She mas a master at elevating a theme into a high end design.

The sweater is in a lightweight new wool and the turtleneck portion is in a sand/cream on the reverse. The sweater is marked a size 34 and has the Margaretha Ley Escada older label. Made in Germany.
